VBS Adult Volunteer Registration 2023

Thank you for considering a volunteer position at Vacation Bible School! It is a fun and exciting opportunity to share your faith with the young people of our parish!

In appreciation of your time and talent, you may register your children for the discounted fee of $35.

You will find our convenient online registration form below the following important information.
Requirements:
- Available June 19-23, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Fingerprinted through the Diocese of Orange
- Complete Shield the Vulnerable/Protect Children training
- Attend necessary meetings/training sessions. (See below for dates...you will not have to attend all.)
If you are a NEW volunteer at St. Norbert Church or school, click here to download the requirements and forms for Safe Environment clearance. Please complete the requirements and return the completed forms to Mary Osinga at the Ministry Center NO LATER THAN Friday, May 26, 2023.
Possible roles during VBS Week:
- Provide childcare for children ages 2 & under
- Group/Crew leader for K-5th graders - requires attending the Student Volunteer training on Sunday, June 4
- Bible Adventures/Dramatic Role Play Station Leader - requires station set-up on Friday, June 16
- Kid Vid Station Leader/Video & Discussion Station Leader - requires station set-up on Friday, June 16
- Games Station Leader - requires station set-up on Friday, June 16
- Crafts Station Leader - requires station set-up on Friday, June 16
- Work with Junior High and teen leaders - requires attending the Student Volunteer training on Sunday, June 4
- Kitchen help - requires kitchen set-up on Saturday, June 17
- VBS Skits Team - requires station set-up on Friday, June 16
- Song leader - host or attend song practices throughout the spring
- Classroom & Campus Decorating Team
- Set Building Team
