Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are those who serve the Body and Blood of Christ to the assembly during Mass. Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick and Homebound are those who take Communion, Sunday bulletins, and the encouragement of community to our elderly and sick who are unable to attend Mass or who are homebound. To be an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, you must be a Roman Catholic who has received the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist. If married, you must have received the Sacrament of Marriage in the Catholic Church. Training is provided.
