Altar Servers

The primary role of altar servers is to assist the priest at Sunday Masses, including the Vigil Mass on Saturday evenings. We invite parish youth from fourth to twelfth grade to serve in this ministry. We will provide training. This is a wonderful ministry experience for our youth. For more information, please contact Russel Rosales at altarservers@stnorbertchurch.org or 714-637-4360 ext. 8686. If your child attends St. Norbert School, please contact Emily Wood at school.altarservers@stnorbertchurch.org.
Be sure to familiarize yourself with all the Altar Server Tasks by reviewing the latest Altar Server Training video. Please note that we are no longer using the cassock (black) and surplice (white) vestments. Instead, we are using the new all-white albs.
Altar Server Training
We are looking to train new altar servers! The next training session will be Saturday, September 2 at 10 AM in the church.

Hello St. Norbert! I'm Russel Rosales, and I've been a parishioner here since 2013. I'm an architect by day, a film nerd by night, but, at all times, a lover of the Church including her liturgy and sacraments. This love for God and church led me to volunteer for the altar server ministry with the hope that we will inspire the next generation of Catholics to have the same love and respect
for God and His one, holy, catholic and apostolic church.
